Terms of Use
These terms apply to every GM-Sunshine game (PaperKid, Knock 'Em Cans, Blackjack Royale, Joker Royale, Poker Royale, Nardi Royale, Metro Driver, Nova Pilot, Galaxy Reign and future titles). By downloading or playing a game you agree to them. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play our games on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute a game except where the law allows it.
On iPhone and iPad, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where it conflicts with these terms, Apple's agreement prevails for apps obtained from the App Store.
Chips, coins and other virtual items
Chips, coins, gems and other in-game items are a licence to use a feature inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or prizes, cannot be transferred between players or games, and are not your property. Our casino-style games are social games for an adult audience: they do not offer real-money gambling or the chance to win real money or prizes, and success in them does not imply success at real-money gambling.
We may change the balance, price or availability of virtual items, and an item may be lost if you delete a game, its data or your online account.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Prices are shown in the store before you buy.
Subscriptions (for example Nardi Royale Pro, monthly or yearly) renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your store account. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or from the game's settings (Manage subscription). Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period continues until it ends. A free trial or introductory price, if offered, is described before you subscribe; any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment for the life of the game on that store account. Use Restore purchases to bring a purchase to a new device signed in to the same store account.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; you can request one through the store (or, in Nardi Royale, through Manage subscription).
Online play and fair play
Some games let you play other people online with an anonymous account and a display name you choose. You agree not to cheat, use bots or modified apps, exploit bugs, collude with another player to move chips, or choose a name that is offensive or impersonates someone. We may remove a name, limit online play or delete an account that breaks these rules, and we may reverse chips gained by doing so. You can delete your online account at any time in the game's settings.
Online play depends on our servers and your connection. A game may be decided by its turn clock if a player is away, and we do not guarantee that online play will always be available.
Advertising
Free games may show ads, including optional videos you can watch for a reward. Rewards are granted only when the ad network confirms the ad was completed.
Age
Our casino-style games (Blackjack Royale, Joker Royale, Poker Royale and Nardi Royale) are intended for adults (17+ on the App Store, 18+ where local rules require it). Our other games are suitable for general audiences as rated in each store.
No warranty and liability
The games are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the loss of virtual items, arising from your use of a game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it. We may change or discontinue a game or feature.
